Combining two of my favorite philosophies: live in the moment & do your best. You exist in the NOW, not in the past or the future. “Your best” will change from day to day, it will be different when you’re sick or in full health, when you’re happy, sad, inspired, challenged by projects or relationships, or feeling free & relaxed. My darling rainbow country. Needless to say, summer in Kaua’i has been oh-so-magical.
I’ve been immersed in exploration / inspired by nature / jungle living / DIY crafting / cooking & gardening / drawing & painting.
And though I’ve always been drawn to the spiritual, supernatural, philosophical & the arcane, I’m only just now feeling ready to soar down that path fully, with courage; curious, inspired, intrigued & supported by the universe.
I’m on a journey to know myself better as an artist & a human being.
I can’t get enough of skulls & skeletons lately. I find them to be SO beautiful.
Arcane knowledge - witchery - magic/spirituality - life/death - ancestral strength.

Lately I have been practicing letting go of expectations. It is a wonderful practice. I truly believe that if you can dissolve all expectations you may have for yourself and your life, and of others, you will no longer be ruled by disappointment & dissatisfaction. Instead, the world will start to reveal itself to you in the most beautiful and unexpected ways. Your relationship with others will improve tenfold because you now have the ability to see them for who they are, not who you want them to be.
